Supply Chain
Supply Chain Management System
Our supply chain management strategy is anchored in transparency, ethical responsibility, and operational resilience. Through real-time visibility, we ensure consistent, on-time delivery while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to evolving market demands. We uphold the highest ethical standards across our supplier network, with a strong focus on sustainability, responsible labour practices, and compliance.
We employ a hybrid inventory model that balances efficiency with responsiveness. A Just-In-Time (JIT) approach is used for locally sourced components, while a one-month stock buffer is maintained for overseas items to mitigate lead time risks. Our operations are fully integrated through SAP ERP, enabling seamless coordination across Sales, Planning, and Finance functions for end-to-end alignment.
Our supply chain resilience is underpinned by internationally recognized standards and certifications, including:
- ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety
To further strengthen our risk management capabilities, we are targeting ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) certification by 2025 and TAPA certification by 2026.
We are committed to upholding responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain. Guided by strict anti-bribery policies and ethical procurement standards, we require all suppliers to adhere to recognized labor, environmental, and human rights protocols. As part of this commitment, we actively monitor and control the sourcing of conflict minerals. Suppliers must disclose the origin of tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG) to ensure materials are procured from conflict-free sources.
Our practices align with international frameworks such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, reinforcing transparency and integrity in our material sourcing. To enhance efficiency and responsiveness, 92.5% of our parts are sourced domestically within Malaysia. This localized sourcing approach strengthens national supply chain capabilities, reduces dependency on international logistics, and allows us to respond swiftly to changes in product mix and customer demand.
Our extensive logistics network enables reliable, cost-effective deliveries across global markets, covering 40 countries across six continents. This international reach reflects not only the scale of our operations but also our proven expertise in navigating customs regulations, cross-border compliance, and international trade requirements. This broad footprint underscores our capability to manage complex, end-to-end international supply chains with precision, consistency, and agility.
