Key components include the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which provides real-time production data, and Lean Six Sigma, which aims to reduce waste and defects. Agile Manufacturing focuses on modular workstations and quick changeovers. The Calibration Monitoring System (CAMOS) automates equipment calibration reminders.

Training in Lean Six Sigma fosters a culture of waste reduction.
