Mould Fabrication
Through our 100% own subsidiary Goodhart Technology Sdn. Bhd, SKP have the ability to cater for mould fabrication of up to 250 ton tooling. This include mould fabrication for plastic components for audio, video as well as chassis parts to name amongst others.

Machinery
Fitted with an array of selection of state-of-the-art machinery ranging from clamping force of 20 to 1,300 ton gas injection machines, we have the flexibility to cater for all your specifications. Consisting of a total of 51 units of automated injection moulding machines, the lower tonnage Sumitomo machinery allows precision moulding operations, (i.e., engineering plastics, delicate and transparent parts) while the higher tonnage gas injection machinery can cater for parts up to the size of 32" tv cabinets.

Secondary
Our spray coating room is fully equipped with "Clean Air Filter" facility which is able to cope with dedicated & 3-D plastic components. Too, our ability to produce the more difficult 2-pack polyurethane paint & rubber-like elastomer is yet another strength of SKP.

Automated Pad + Silk Printing
Our 45 units of fully automated conveyor pad system allow high volume production and compete flexibility for our customers.

Machinery
Boasting a total of more than 10 assembly conveyor system, these facilities are specially designed to cater for the assembling of "Semi-Knocked Down" products. This include a wide variety of assembling of lap-top (keyboard), TV cabinets, video, car audio, etc. Our clean-room facility also permit the assembling of the more sensitive products such as transparent products.
